Youth Engagement

The Youth Engagement team is dedicated to connecting youth experience to concrete community change. Through Philanthropy Pathways, our youth-led grant making initiative, high school students act as real decision-makers. They analyze social issues, master public speaking, and direct actual funding to local non-profits, ensuring that the next generation of leaders is prepared to make a lasting impact today.
